We'll even cover the shipping cost to send the new pair to you.
Pro-Tip: Please try your shoes on indoors on a soft, carpeted surface to keep them in perfect condition.
Return Information
If you've had a change of mind, you can return your shoes within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
Due to hygeine reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have shown signs of wear.
Where can I wear GroundingWell shoes for them to work?
GroundingWell shoes will ground you on any conductive surface. This includes soil, grass, wet sand, unsealed concrete, stone, and pavements.
Non-conductive surfaces include asphalt, synthetic rubber, wood, and carpet.
Can I wear socks with the GroundingWell Shoe?
Absolutely. You can enjoy the full benefits of grounding while wearing your favorite standard socks.
Thin to medium-thickness socks made from natural materials (like cotton) work perfectly, as natural moisture from your feet helps facilitate the connection.
We only recommend avoiding very thick, heavy thermal socks, as they may reduce conductivity.
For an extra boost in conductivity, you can also pair them with our GroundingWell Socks, but your daily socks will get the job done.
